Management Trainees

The following are the minimum requirements for external candidates:

- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably from a reputable school/university
- Above-average scholastic records
- Above-average oral and written communication skills
- Self-driven and has a strong desire to learn the financing business

For internal candidates, the general manager, in coordination with the Human Resources Department, is tasked to identify candidates. This selection is made regardless of rank, and is based on the following guidelines:

- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Minimum performance rating of “Above Average” in the latest performance appraisal
- No record of suspension/major violation for the past year (For candidates with violations, a one-year curing period is required from the date of disciplinary action. After the curing period, the employee may be considered for the Management Trainee Program.)
