Initial Requirements:
- Residential house and lot (within Metro Manila and nearby provinces such as: Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga)
- Certified true copy of TCT, Tax declaration and RETR(Real Estate Tax Receipt)
- Vicinity map and picture
- Original Community Tax (Cedula) and TIN
- Usual requirements apply if borrower is employed, with business, Seaman, OFW or Doctor
- Copy of Married Contract (if married)
Interest Rate (Add-on):
1.5% for residential, industrial and commercial properties
1.75% for agricultural properties
Processing Fee: 5.5%
Loanable Amount: P50K to P1M (30% of appraised value)
Terms: 3 to 18 months
Agent’s Commission: New and Renewal Account: 3%
