Qualifications
- Must be receiving SSS pension for at least 3 consecutive months
- SSS pension must be credited to an ATM account
Requirements
- SSS ID
- SSS certification / Retirement claim form
- Latest 3 months bank statement where pension is credited
- ATM card
- Barangay clearance
- Basic documentary requirements
Interest Rate
2% add-on per month
Loanable Amount
80% of monthly pension as maximum amortization
Processing Fee
3% + P150 (Metro Manila)
3% + P200 (provinces)
Processing Time
7 to 10 working days

6 to 12 months

3% for new accounts
